About
Project Galaxy started off as an idea when I asked myself “What if I could have everything I need in one view?” It became tedious navigating between many different platforms and mediums to then still have to translate data just to complete my daily tasks. I got tired for building temporary soultions over and over again wasting time and ultimately momentum. So, I started strategically building prototype solutions that I planned to be interconnected with common structures and allow scalabliity. I realized that at the end of the day, we are ultimately dealing with raw, universal data but rather gets formatted and presented in different ways. It grew in a manner that I could not keep all my docs, tools & resources easily accesible at my finger tips using off the shelf solutions. So I built my own solution, a secured full-stack application.
What you’re seeing is my work compiled into one unified platform where all the data can connect and leverage the power, precision, and efficiency of unification. Project Galaxy, which started off as a humurous code name to help organize components I have been building, has evolved from a dream to reality. I have been building one thing at a time and putting it all together. I am building Project Galaxy not only for myself but for all colleauges. This project has been built from the ground up as a custom fit glove with no bloat. This solution is a modular suite of tools powered by a centralized data engine built within the Microsoft ecosystem. By integrating Project Management, Engineering, Estimating, Purchasing, Field Operations, ERP data and more, it will create a unified feedback loop that enables advanced historical modeling and predictive project analysis.
