Logging In

Logging in only takes a few seconds. All you need is your existing work email account. You’ll sign in via SSO (Single Sign-On).

Steps

1. Open the app. Go to app.projectgalaxy.net.
2. Tap “Continue to Sign In.”
3. Type your work email, then tap “Continue to SSO.” Same email you use for your Microsoft Environment (i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
4. Enter your Microsoft password if required. You might briefly see your company’s Microsoft sign-in screen, that’s normal, use your regular work password.
5. You’re in! You’ll land on your Dashboard automatically.

If Something Goes Wrong

• “Workspace not found” error? The system doesn’t recognize your email’s domain yet. Contact your administrator to get your company added.
• Don’t have an account yet? On the sign-in screen, tap “Request Access” instead, and pick Teams, Outlook, or your default email app — it pre-fills a message to the system admin. No need to figure out who to call.
• Forgot your password? Same reset process as your work email. Project Galaxy doesn’t have its own separate password to remember.

There is a 15-minute default Idle-Timeout enabled to where if you leave the broswer idle, it will pause the app for privacy and to conservce resources. Not to worry, upon resuming, you will be back in where you left off.

Tip

Some workspaces may be setup to allow multiple company email domains. Be sure to verify which parent workspace you are signing in to. See the Admin module docs for how to setup multiple domains.
