Welcome to the official Project Galaxy community! I am currently building, refining, and scaling this platform right alongside you.

I’ve set up the server to be clean, efficient, and direct:

How to Join

1. Get the App: Download Discord or use the web client.
2. Accept the Invite: Click here to join the server.
3. Say Hello: Follow the quick setup in #welcome and introduce yourself!

Tip

Make sure you verify using your primary company email address. This helps me keep the server secure and ensures everyone chatting is an actual user.

The Golden Rules

To keep the feedback loop tight and the community valuable:

• Protect the Data: Never share live project financials, real user PII, or unredacted screenshots in public channels.
• Search First: Check this documentation portal or the Discord search bar before asking—I might have already answered it!
• Be Constructive: I am building this platform for you. Brutal honesty is highly encouraged, just keep it productive so I know exactly what to fix.

Caution

Global Admins get special server roles and access to private admin-only channels. If you need your Discord role bumped up, just tag me in #role-requests.

Tip

I monitor Discord actively throughout the day, but for critical emergencies (like a total system lockout), please ping me through our standard internal support channels.
